We had the honor of catering a beautiful wedding at Amaterra, Portland - serving 200+ guests with authentic South Indian cuisine!

Breakfast (80+ guests): Traditional Veg Pongal, crispy Medhu Vada, and fresh Chai to start the celebration.

Our team began the grand buffet setup at 9:30 AM, ensuring everything was perfect and ready to serve guests by 11:30 AM. The extensive menu featured a wonderful variety of authentic dishes for example: Masala Vada, Poriyal, Mango Pachadi, Semiya Payasam and many more..

The guests were delighted with the variety and authenticity of the dishes. The combination of traditional flavors and careful presentation made the celebration truly special.

We had the honor of catering a stunning rehearsal dinner at Peninsula Park in Portland, serving 50+ guests with authentic South Indian cuisine!

The evening featured a wonderful variety of authentic dishes for example: Chicken Sukka, Mini Podi Idly, Coconut Chicken Curry, Moongdal Halwa and Rabdi Jamun along with Live Dosa station that made the occasion even better with 5 varieties of dosa.

The guests were delighted with the variety and authenticity of the dishes. It was a truly special celebration.

What an amazing day at Mt. Hood Resort! Our team served 120+ guests with live appetizer stations and an evening dosa bar.

Highlights: Live Pani Puri station, fresh Veg Pakora, Chilli Paneer, Gobi 65, and authentic Chai for the afternoon. Evening featured a live dosa station with Idli, Vada, Pongal, and more Chai!

The challenge? High pollen count! Our team quickly set up a tent to keep everyone comfortable while we served hot, delicious food.
